Summary of Role:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for converting new business prospects into warm leads for the account management team by pitching Jisp and its solutions as an indispensable business partner. You will work in partnership with the sales team to generate profitable sales by demonstrating how Jisp’s technology and expertise help deliver outstanding ROI.
You will organize your time and resources to research prospects, build your product and market knowledge, and rehearse your sales pitches to maximize conversion opportunities.
You will collaborate effectively internally, working alongside team leaders to acquire more customers and grow revenues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage, support, and grow the sales team of Business Development Executives.
2. Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through effective new business and existing customer engagement.
3. Maintain weekly customer contact to optimize service and market coverage.
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new customers using internal and external resources.
5. Produce and update annual sales forecasts and re-forecasts.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, competitors, and industry developments, informing customers accordingly.
7. Keep detailed records of all customer activity in our CRM system and ensure administrative accuracy.
8. Collaborate successfully with all team members to meet company targets.
9. Participate in out-of-hours events and customer engagement activities.

* Media and online sales experience
* Professional approach to customer contact and problem-solving

* Track record of success in B2B sales and CRM experience
