Our client are currently seeking a Contract Manager to join their industry leading Term Maintenance division to manage their new Defence estate contract. The contract is to deliver electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance via a 3rd party contractor. As Contract Manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of all aspects of the work including labour management, financials and deliverables. The duties of the Contract Manager role will include: • Supporting our clients from the pre- planning and pre-programming of works through to completion • Writing health and safety plans, method statements and risk assessments, ensuring that all sites have the appropriate documentation • Ensuring the smooth running of sites through regular liaison with key stakeholders, supervisors, and sub-contractors • Ensuring that the works programme is effectively resourced with labour, plant and materials • Monitoring works and performance against the contract to enable the accurate submission of accurate monthly invoices and final account settlement • Building effective and professional working relationships with clients and key stakeholders • Managing a team of supervisors and support staff, ensuring the continuous development of skills by undertaking train...
