UGC Lead – Beauty Brand (Contract, Part-Time)
Overview
A leading beauty brand is seeking a UGC Lead to drive the development of a high-quality, scalable creator ecosystem, delivering always‑on, social‑first content across key platforms.
This is a strategic and executional role focused on sourcing, managing, and elevating a strong bench of UGC creators who authentically align with the brand’s identity. You will ensure a constant flow of culturally relevant, platform‑native content that meets both campaign and ongoing content needs.
* Duration: 6-month contract
* Location: SW London (Hybrid – 1–2 days in office)
* Reporting to: Senior Brand Manager
The Role
As UGC Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end UGC ecosystem, bridging strategy and execution to deliver a consistent pipeline of high‑performing content.
Working closely with Brand, Social, and Influencer teams, you will translate campaign objectives and cultural insights into effective creator output—ensuring all content is on‑brand, engaging, and built for performance.
You will play a critical role in maintaining both the volume and quality of content, balancing speed and scalability with strong creative oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Source, recruit, and onboard UGC creators aligned with brand values, aesthetic, and target audience
* Build and manage a strong, reliable bench of creators to deliver consistent output
* Own the full UGC lifecycle: creator discovery, onboarding, briefing, feedback, delivery, and sign‑off
* Translate campaign goals, social strategy, and trends into clear and compelling UGC briefs
* Act as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices
* Collaborate closely with content, influencer, and brand teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and launches
