Head of CRM
* Lead and transform a community of practice of CRM Directors to ensure consistency of delivery across regions and act as point of consolidation for BU aligned views.
* Drive a culture of ‘trusted advisor’ to the business.
* Transform CRM Business Intelligence capability to deliver automated solutions that provide client insights and opportunities while managing the risks of the function.
* Act as a connector across CRES into the Business for the end-to-end real estate lifecycle, from strategy to build, transact, and operate.
* Work closely with the Location Strategy Lead to support the delivery and execution of the group location strategy into the business.
* Collaborate with the heads of capital projects and real estate to support and occasionally lead the delivery of corporate real estate projects.
* Coordinate with the head of facilities management to provide continuous feedback between client experience and workplace delivery.
Head of Site Leadership
* Lead the Site Leadership team across CRES, ensuring activity alignment across colleague pillars, partnering with local pillar leads to stay relevant to site trends, and sharing best practices to create consistency in colleague experience across locations.
* Align the Site Leadership Framework with the Group’s strategy and define how to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of campus locations, working with HR and Location Strategy.
* Ensure Barclays Site Charters are regularly updated and aligned with Location Strategy, workforce plans, and local labor markets.
* Drive governance of the Site Leadership agenda through Quarterly Business Reviews to measure performance and manage risks.
* Foster a leadership community among Site Leaders to identify best practices and leverage consistency across sites.
* Work closely with the Head of Facilities Management and Site HR Leads to align site activities with the Site Leadership agenda.

* Partner with the CRES team on Campus Maintenance, including BAU Colleague Services, Health & Safety, Maintenance & Engineering, Food & Beverage, Curated Experience, Sustainability, and Risk Management.
* Partner with the CRES team on Campus Engagement, including Campus SteerCo, Colleague Communications, Curated Experience, Pillar Outcomes & Employee Resource Groups, and External Engagement with local/regulatory bodies.
* Drive Campus Efficiency & Effectiveness through managing hybrid working, campus seating & capacity, technology, and related logistics.
Director Expectations
* Manage a business function, contributing to strategic initiatives, policy development, and critical projects.
* Lead a large team or organization-wide projects, embedding a performance culture aligned with business values, and coaching less experienced specialists.
* Provide expert advice to senior management, influencing decisions and strategic initiatives.
* Manage resourcing, budgeting, and policy creation for the sub-function.
* Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and monitor external environment influences.
* Demonstrate extensive industry and sector knowledge, applying interpretative thinking and analytical skills to complex situations.
* Make significant strategic decisions, influence stakeholders, and act as a principal contact and spokesperson for the function.
