While the commercial account team retains full P&L ownership, this role is designed to create disproportionate impact by shaping how online decisions are prioritised and executed within the retailer - building structural digital advantage for Nestl.This is a highvisibility role with direct exposure to senior customer and Nestl stakeholders. Instead, it strengthens Nestls commercial performance by shaping the environment in which those outcomes are achieved.You will also:Act as Nestls digital decision partner within a strategic retail customer, operating with credibility and autonomyIdentify and translate cross-category Nestl learnings into actionable recommendations that improve online visibility, relevance, and conversionInfluence how the retailer prioritises products, availability, substitution, and recommendation decisions in high-intent momentsWork closely with Nestl Senior Account Managers, Account Controllers, Brand, Category, Supply Chain, and Media teams to ensure alignment with agreed decision principlesEstablish and maintain clear governance, success metrics, and learning loops for the partnershipSupport the development of scalable playbooks and frameworks that can be applied across other customers over timeProvide clear, evidence-based recommendations that improve speed and quality of decision-makingMonitor external trends, competitor behaviour, and emerging technologies to ensure Nestl remains ahead of market evolutionYour ingredients for successYou will have demonstrated commercial impact in a customer or category role, with experience operating and orchestrating across multiple stakeholders.You will bring a combination of:Strategic thinkingCommercial acumenStrong influencing capabilityComfort operating in ambiguityThis role requires gravitas, curiosity, and the confidence to challenge constructively.
