Overview
EQUANS is looking for a Facilities Administrator - Minor Works to join our team based in Stoke-on-Trent on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Facilities Administrator - Minor Works will be a member of the commercial team supporting the operational team within the HMCTS contract where EQUANS complete minor/billable works. They will provide support with quoting for these works using a schedule of rates with a focus on profit improvement along with a focus on compliance. They will also be required to support with obtaining quotes from sub-contractors, and liaising with operational teams to close out jobs on the CAFM system when complete. The role requires interaction with managers at all levels both internally and within client organisations, and effective communication skills are essential.
What will you deliver?
* Identify, monitor and report on risks
* Support the management of Work in Progress (WIP) and its impacts on billing
* Support governance within the contracts to ensure compliance with contract requirements and EQUANS internal governance processes
* Aid the quality of service by ensuring awareness of contractual responsibilities among EQUANS colleagues (including contract deliverables and scope of services)
* Enforce commercial compliance by audit and supporting against EQUANS’s Minimum Commercial Standards
* Support the Commercial team in satisfying contract and company objectives
* Ensure all applicable jobs have quotes attached and are approved by the client before any on-site works
* Operate in a environment where EQUANS’s Code of Conduct is understood, adhered to and promoted to ensure safe, compliant and consistent working practices

Who are we looking for?
* Commercial/administrator experience within a similar industry sector
* Excellent communicator
* Foundational understanding of risk analysis/management
* PC literate with knowledge of MS applications (Word, Excel)
