Your Mission:
* Transform Assembly Instructions into reality by creating wire assemblies following detailed technical documents.
* Work with an array of cables, harnesses, and printed circuit boards, applying your skills to connect technology seamlessly.
* Delve into potting, epoxy work, and wire installations around optical components.
* Master techniques such as clamping, soldering, and wire dressing to assemble cutting-edge electronic systems.
* Champion cleanliness and safety, ensuring your workspace reflects precision and care.
* Blend components into cohesive main assemblies, pushing innovation boundaries.
* Sit or stand as necessary—flexibility and endurance will lead your success.
* Handle weights between 30-50lbs, equipped with necessary assistance.
* Don PPE when in specialized zones, adhering to safety standards.
* Commit to obtaining both IPC 620 and J Standard Certifications.
As part of our commitment, United States Citizenship is required, with the ability to secure and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
Your Qualifications:
Entry pathways begin with a High School Diploma and at least four years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree coupled with practical exposure in the field.
* Awareness of soldering procedures and Resistor coding is essential.
* Preferably, experience in the aerospace, defense, or medical electronics fields will set you apart.
