We are seeking an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive with experience in a marketing or communications agency to join our team on a fixed-term 12-month contract to cover maternity leave.

There may be potential for a longer-term opportunity, depending on the needs of the business and team at the end of the contract period.

Fixed-term commencement: Early July 2025 - July 2026 (exact dates to be confirmed).

This role can be either an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting day-to-day account relationships, including stakeholder communication and project oversight.
* Translating client briefs and business problems into strategic marketing, communication, or social objectives.
* Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, adopting a best-in-class account management approach.
* Understanding client businesses and objectives, ensuring clarity on briefs and tasks.
* Supporting your Account Manager across multiple campaigns, liaising with teams, and flagging concerns with solutions.
* Providing regular updates and reports to clients, offering recommendations throughout campaigns.
* Presenting to stakeholders during pitches, kick-offs, and post-campaign reviews.
* Proactively suggesting additional activities based on client knowledge.
* Maintaining documentation and using systems like Clickup to manage timelines.

Requirements:

* Highly organized individual with project management experience.
* Interest in social media and digital marketing, with proactive knowledge sharing.
* Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
