1:1 Support Assistant Reception Child with EHCP (Including Potential Personal Care)

Hours: Full-time Term-Time Only - 8.30am - 3.30pm
Salary: £95-£100 per day
Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child s life? We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Support Assistant to work with a Reception child who has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). This role may involve personal care, so empathy, patience, and sensitivity are key.
What you ll do:
* Provide tailored support to one Reception child, helping them access learning
* Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
* Offer emotional reassurance, structure, and continuity throughout the day
* Support the child s physical needs, including potential personal care
What we re looking for:
* Experience working with young children, ideally with SEN
* A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach
* Willingness to support with personal care where required
* A team player with excellent communication skills
