Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a well-established and growing business based near Chipping Norton (OX7 6BH).
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, job security and long-term progression within a supportive transport team.
Salary Package
1. £35,000 starting salary (DOE)
2. £36,500 following successful probation
3. £37,709.94 after 12 months
4. Based on 50 hours per week
5. Overtime available
6. Night out allowance paid separately
7. Minimum of one night out per week
The Role
8. Monday to Friday
9. Multi-drop deliveries across the region
10. Mixture of: Handball deliveries Forklift offloads Tail lift work
11. Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally
12. Building good relationships with customers
What We’re Looking For
13. Valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
14. CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
15. Good customer service skills
16. Positive attitude and strong work ethic
17. Previous multi-drop experience beneficial but not essential
