Job Description
* Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
* Collaborate with operational teams to develop budgets and forecasts.
* Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial goals.
* Prepare and present financial models to support strategic initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
* Support the implementation of process improvements within the finance function.
* Act as a key advisor to senior management on financial matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
* Proven experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Confidence and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders within the business.
* Confidence in working with financial systems and data analysis tools.
* Proactive approach with the ability to influence stakeholders.
