About the Role:
We are working with a warm and welcoming primary school in Loughton who are seeking a confident and adaptable HLTA/Cover Supervisor to support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA looking for progression or a strong Cover Supervisor ready to take on more responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across the school during teacher absence
2. Support class teachers with interventions and targeted group work
3. Maintain positive behaviour and routines in line with school policies
4. Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
5. Provide feedback on learning and pupil engagement at the end of each session

6. HLTA status or strong experience covering whole classes
7. Confident behaviour management
8. Flexibility across year groups
9. A proactive, supportive approach to teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
