Job Description: Senior Civil Enforcement Officer Who You Are A Senior Civil Enforcement Officer tasked with coordinating and supervising the operational elements of the Parking Enforcement Team and School Crossing Patrols. You are a leader with at least 5 years of experience in civil parking enforcement, both on-street and off-street, and proficient in using processing software for issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs). Your experience in people management, conflict resolution, and delivering training ensures your team maintains a high standard of service. What the Job Involves The role involves managing the Parking Enforcement Team’s daily operations to ensure legal compliance with parking restrictions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to uphold council policies and statutory legislation. Your responsibilities include supervising Civil Enforcement Officers, managing operational resources, ensuring the team maintains high service quality, and addressing non-compliance issues. You are also responsible for ensuring all equipment is operational, liaising with other teams, and maintaining positive relationships with the public and various stakeholders.
