The Role
You’ll lead all aspects of centre performance, including:
* Using KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results
* Ownership of overall centre profitability includingrevenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth
* Leading, coaching, and developinga supervisorand team of tutors
* Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability
* Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance
* Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
* Delivering excellentfamilyand member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
* Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently

Logistics
Location: You will be based at our Explore Learning Preston centre full-time.
Starting salary: £31,250 - £33,750 PA salary depending on experience.
Contract: Full-time, permanent contract
Working Hours: a typicalweek*:
Tuesday 11am-8pm
Wednesday 11am-8pm
Thursday 11am-7pm
Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
