Job Overview
We are recruiting a full time General Manager in Haematology in the Cancer Division at UCLH.
Success will require strong operational management experience and will involve leading operational and service improvement for the department. The role will involve day to day running, effective management of budgets, workforce, performance and delivery of cancer performance targets and opportunity to work on transformations.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for day to day running of the service and effective management of budgets, workforce and performance.
* Lead operational and service improvement and transformations.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and communicate across Trust values.
Qualifications
* Strong operational management experience and leadership in a large clinical setting.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of cancer performance targets and budget management.
