EA to Founder Property/Real Estate Fixed Term Contract 12 months
A division of a Group Real Estate business is looking for a candidate that has proven experience within a property related company.
You must be AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY as this will be a twelve-month fixed term contract to start possibly this side of Xmas.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Assisting the Managing Partner in both business and personal life on a 1:1 basis;
* Extensive diary management & continuous reprioritization of tasks/meetings, ensuring the Managing Partners schedule is manageable, arrives to meetings on time and is well-prepared (pro-actively collating materials for meetings);
* Heavy inbox management proactively dealing with emails and sending emails on behalf of Managing Partner;
* Arranging and setting up internal/external meetings, conference calls & video conference across multiple time zones, arrange breakfast/lunches/dinners;
* International travel bookings including flights, trains, taxis, hire car, visas etc;
* Scheduling meetings and detailed itinerates for property conferences such as MAPIC, MIPIM and ICSC;
* Personal duties include but not limited to; booking family holidays, arranging weekly squash matches/yoga, liaising with private tenants and assisting with contractors/maintenance team;
* Ad-hoc drafting of presentations/ PowerPoint’s/ PR material;
* Carry out any other reasonable management requests (i.e. ordering stationary, filing, answering phones, photocopying, and general office duties.)
Salary 50000 plus bonus
