* Extended Scope of Practice: Apply your physiotherapy training in a broader context—supporting clients through complex rehabilitation journeys, multi-agency coordination, and medico-legal interfaces.
* Structured Development Pathway: Learn directly from experienced case managers and clinical leads, with a clear route toward specialist case management.
* Varied Caseload: Work with clients recovering from acquired brain injury, spinal injury, cerebral palsy, and other complex conditions—each case offering new challenges and learning.
* Mentorship & Supervision: Benefit from our Case Management Learning Programme, regular reflective practice, and peer support.
* Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home, in the community, or from our Durham office—tailored to your diary and development needs.
Why This Role Is Perfect for You:
* You're newly qualified and ready to build on your physiotherapy training in a role that values autonomy, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
* You're curious, compassionate, and eager to make a meaningful impact in people's lives.
* You want to be part of a team that's redefining rehabilitation—where your voice, ideas, and growth matter.
* You're excited by the opportunity to shape your own rhythm and contribute to a values-led, inclusive practice.
