Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor (4+ PQE to Partner Level)
We’re growing our Dispute Resolution Team at Field Seymour Parkes LLP and are looking for a talented solicitor with strong litigation experience to join us — either as a future partner or someone ready to step into that role now.
This is a key hire as part of succession planning within a well-established and highly regarded team.
Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking someone with 4+ years’ PQE and a solid track record in commercial litigation. You may already be operating at partner level or be ready to take that next step in a team that will support and challenge you.
You’ll have experience in, or be willing to develop your ability to undertake, a broad mix of disputes, which may include:
* Shareholder and boardroom disputes
* Commercial contract claims
* Insolvency litigation
* Professional negligence
* Breach of warranty claims
* Post-termination restrictions
* IP and cross-border disputes
* Unfair prejudice petitions
* Injunctive relief
* International arbitration
You’ll work collaboratively on larger matters and take ownership of your own caseload, with the opportunity to develop your practice and client base further.
What You'll Need
* Hard-working, commercially-minded, and solution-focused
* Able to handle (in line with your experience level) complex and high-value litigation
* Capable of working independently and mentoring others
* Willingness to engage in peer-to-peer discussions with senior colleagues
* A network of clients or referrers — or a proven track record in winning work
Who You'll Work With
We advise a mix of large multinationals and ambitious SMEs. Examples of clients we can name publicly, include:
Volvo, Honda, ITA, Whistl, HR Wallingford, and SPP Pumps
Recent Work Highlights
