Process Engineer
Client: BAE Systems
Location: Glascoed
Working Arrangements: 3 onsite and 1 day from home.
Duration: 12 months
Hourly Rate: £33 PAYE or £44.40 Umbrella
We’re recruiting for a Process Engineer to join BAE Systems in Glascoed, supporting the development and improvement of manufacturing processes within a multi-disciplined Engineering team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong manufacturing or process engineering background who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement and working on technically challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and support manufacturing processes from concept to qualification
* Provide technical support and process expertise within the team
* Support commissioning, process improvement and risk management activities
* Drive continuous improvement across products and manufacturing processes
What We’re Looking For
* Experience within manufacturing or process engineering
* Strong understanding of engineering and production processes
* Knowledge of process control, process capability or Six Sigma beneficial
* Experience with PLC systems, NDT or materials processing advantageous
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
