Futureheads has been engaged to assist a tech-first startup in the healthcare space in hiring a key software engineer.
In this role, you will own and expand a critical part of the company's technology strategy, working on their flagship web and mobile products. You will face diverse technical challenges that directly impact many people's lives and help shape this sector.
As part of a small team, you should be comfortable collaborating on technical concepts and executing on delivery independently.
The team follows a loose Scrumban methodology, emphasizing short feedback cycles and continuous improvement. Good communication with end users is also important when needed.
