We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join our growing team at Crossbank Dental Care, based in Kendal, in the heart of the beautiful Lake District. While the vacancy has arisen due to maternity leave, this is a permanent position within our practice.
The role involves a variety of tasks, including:
∙ Greeting & assisting patients in a friendly, professional & efficient manner
∙ Managing phone calls & responding to patient enquiries
∙ Maintaining patient records & scheduling appointments
∙ Providing administrative support to the wider dental & wellbeing clinic teams
∙ Helping to create a positive, patient-focused environment
