Are you passionate about supporting childrens emotional development and well-being? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Mental Health Practitioners who are THRIVE/ELSA Trained to join our vibrant school community.
Work closely with pupils who need additional emotional support.
Use Thrive strategies to help children understand and regulate their emotions.
Create a safe, structured, and supportive space for pupils to learn about their feelings and develop healthy emotional and social skills.
Be a key part of our caring, inclusive team, promoting a positive and nurturing environment for all.
Mental Health Practitioner | What Were Looking For
A strong understanding of childrens emotional and social development.
Can work empathetically, patiently, and supportively with young people.
Have experience in a similar role or relevant training in emotional well-being strategies (Thrive qualification desirable but not essential).
