END. are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our growing Studio Team. Working in the largest in-house studio in the North East, you will be responsible for assisting our Studio Team in the production of market-leading imagery seen by over 6 million visitors each month.
As a key member of the E-Commerce Studio Leadership Team, the E-Commerce Studio Manager is responsible for the performance, operational efficiency, and visual quality of content produced by the E-Commerce Photography Studio. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless, best-in-class visual shopping experience that enhances product appeal and drives sales.
Reporting to the Director of CX & Studio, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Content, Production, Buying, and operational teams to optimise workflow efficiency, maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely delivery of assets. A strong leader with a keen eye for detail, you will champion innovation, continuous improvement, and efficient execution of studio processes.
Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
* Own and drive the E-Commerce Photography Studio's daily operations ensuring smooth execution of content production and alignment with business objectives.
* Monitor and enhance key performance metrics, including Time to Site, Cost per Style, and Image Quality.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, minimise bottlenecks, and enhance operational agility.
* Manage studio resources effectively to ensure smooth operations across Stock Control, Styling, Modelling, and Photography teams.
* Ensure financial accountability by managing the studio budget, cost efficiency, and profitability.
* Collaborate closely with the Creative, Buying and Content teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling and alignment with our brand identity.
* Work closely with Production, Buying & Merchandising to prioritise styles and optimise product launches based on commercial objectives.
* Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure all imagery meets best-in-class E-Commerce standards.
* Continuously refine styling and photography techniques to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.
* Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
* Conduct performance reviews and set clear goals to drive productivity and engagement.
Who we're looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in similar multi-brand E-Commerce Studio management.
* Proven track record of leading and optimising high-volume content production environments.
* Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and workflow automation.
* Experience in budget management, performance tracking, and financial accountability.
* Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools).
* Experience working with content management systems, digital asset management, and workflow tools.
