Bromley Healthcare is the provider of Community Paediatric services in Bromley.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join as substantive neurodevelopmental practitioners (Advanced Nurse Specialist/Clinical Nurse Specialist/Allied Health Professionals) on our well-established integrated care model for neurodevelopmental assessments of children and young people in Bromley up to 18 years of age.
These are new posts that have been established to transform our ASD and ADHD pathways and support with backlogs and increasing waiting times.
The postholders will play a pivotal role in the assessment, formulation and support of children and young people (0–18 years) presenting with neurodevelopmental conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and developmental delay.
The post holder will be part of a dynamic and experienced community paediatric team of Post holders; Associate Specialists, ASD specialists and Specialty doctors who provide the full range of community paediatric services. The post holder will have competence in the assessment, diagnosis and management in Neurodisability (ASD and ADHD).
The post can be offered on a flexible or part-time basis.
Responsibilities
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary diagnostic team, you will undertake structured assessments, contribute to diagnostic formulations, and provide high-quality feedback and post-diagnostic support for families.
* This role sits within a developing integrated model of care, aligning with NICE and NHS England guidance and the SEL Community Paediatrics transformation agenda.
