We are a patient-focused emergency medical charity, passionate about making a difference in our community. Our shops play a vital role in supporting this mission by generating funds and raising awareness. We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant charity shop manager to join our team
Holiday entitlement: 24 days Pro-Rata, increasing with length of service
Working pattern: Sunday Only 10 am - 4 pm
Enrollment to pension scheme after 3 months
Appointment: Permanent after 6 months probationary period
Key Responsibilities
As our assistant charity shop manager, you will:
* Maintain a high standard of shop layout and attractive displays to maximise sales.
* Lead a courteous and helpful shop team to deliver exceptional service.
* Recruit, train, and support shop volunteers, fostering teamwork and commitment.
* Perform daily banking
* Act as a key holder, securely opening and closing the shop.
Person Specification
Essential:
* A highly motivated, "can-do" attitude.
* Trustworthy, patient, empathetic, and able to lead by example.
* Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
* Ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
* Emotionally intelligent and eager to learn.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in retail management.

Salary: £12.41 per hour
