The Role You will play an active role in generating interest, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales, ensuring every client receives a polished and proactive service throughout their property journey. Day-to-day, you will be: Registering buyers and identifying suitable properties for their requirements Arranging and conducting property viewings across the local area Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants Negotiating offers professionally and confidently Supporting sales progression from offer agreed through to completion Providing market updates and regular feedback to clients Helping to generate new business opportunities through excellent service Maintaining accurate records on the agency CRM system Working closely with colleagues to maximise branch performance About You You will already have experience within estate agency or residential property sales and understand what it takes to deliver a smooth, client-focused service. You will be confident speaking with vendors and buyers, comfortable negotiating, and motivated by seeing a sale progress successfully.
