You will be part of the Reliability, Maintainability & Safety (RMS) team, embedding Design for Reliability (DfR) practices across new and existing programmes, and ensuring compliance with international aerospace standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform reliability, maintainability, and safety (RMS) analyses at both component and system level. * Produce reliability predictions, FMECAs/FMEAs, maintainability analyses, and fault tree analyses (FTA). * Support DfR activities such as DFMEA, risk management logs, HALT/HASS and robustness modelling. * Analyse in-service data and support FRACAS processes to drive product improvement. * Work with design and development teams to ensure products meet certification requirements (ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C/DO-254, MIL-HDBK-217). * Prepare technical reports and liaise with internal stakeholders and customers.
