Due to growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Engineering Team as a Stress Engineer onsite where you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and certification compliance of aircraft structures. What You Will Do As a Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural analysis and repair solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Evaluating and designing structural repairs in compliance with certification requirements and Airworthiness Authority regulations Creating structural substantiation for repairs and modifications to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant solutions Performing structural analysis using both hand calculations and computer-based methods Working with composite materials and established repair design practices Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements, including EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property, and International Trade Compliance What You Will Learn This role will support your continued technical and professional development, providing exposure to: Advanced structural repair design and substantiation techniques Application of composite materials in aerospace structures Regulatory and certification requirements within an MRO environment Cross-functional collaboration within a multi-disciplinary engineering team Real-world aircraft structural challenges from concept through implementation Qualifications We Prefer Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using MathCAD, FEA, and analysis tools such as Patran and Nastran A degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline Experience in an aerospace, engineering, or similar regulated environment Strong attention to detail and a methodical, quality-focused approach Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment Commitment to fostering a supportive and respectful workplace What We Offer We believe our people are our greatest asset.
