Responsibilities
* Support citizens of Dudley who are under the community mental health team and have a dual diagnosis.
* Support the wider multi-disciplinary team with people with a dual diagnosis.
* Adhere to Trust values and contribute to high quality care within a multidisciplinary setting.
Qualifications and requirements
* For clinical posts up to and including Band 4, hold the national Care Certificate or be supported to attain it once in post.
* Possess or be eligible for disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) consideration; some posts may require Standard Enhanced DBS.
* Experience in NHS settings preferred; experience may determine pay point per NHS Agenda for Change.
