Software/SAAS Business Development Manager - £50,000+ OTE - Remote
Dante provides training software to commercial training providers across the UK. We've grown our customer base from 25 to 120+ clients in four years and are expanding our sales team to support continued growth and international expansion planned for 2026.
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our small team, reporting to our Business Development Manager and focusing on UK SME training providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and prospect SME commercial training providers across the UK market
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
* Conduct product demonstrations of our training software platform
* Build and maintain a sales pipeline to support business growth
* Prepare proposals and contracts
* Assist with customer onboarding working closely with our support team
* Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts during onboarding
Essential Requirements
* Proven B2B sales track record with demonstrable results
* Experience selling IT solutions, ideally software/SaaS platforms
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities
* Comfortable with remote working
Desirable Experience
* Education Technology or Training Software sector knowledge
* Understanding of the UK commercial training market
* SME-focused B2B sales experience
* CRM systems experience
