Key Details: Salary: Up to £36,000 Part-time, Permanent Professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Ensure HR practices comply with relevant legislation and regulatory standards. Act as a point of contact for staff and managers on HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations matters. Coordinate training and development programmes. Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and organisational initiatives. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new staff. Essential: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation, and ability to maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance. Experience advising staff and managers on HR matters, and managing employee relations, including performance, absence, and conflict. Experience coordinating training and staff development, and analysing HR data to produce management reports. Experience supporting HR policy development and implementation, and familiarity with recruitment and onboarding processes.
