SEMH Learning Support Assistant - Behaviour & Pastoral Focus
Salary: £85 - £105 per day Location: Gloucester Full-time: 8:30am - 4:00pm Start Date: ASAP

As an SEMH Learning Support Assistant in Gloucester, you will:
* Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs, and trauma-related challenges
* Build strong, trusting relationships to support emotional regulation and engagement
* Use de-escalation techniques and restorative practice approaches
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions focused on behaviour and wellbeing
* Work alongside teaching and pastoral teams to implement behaviour support plans
* Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and self-confidence
