Do you have experience of working in a busy school office? At Reed Education we are supporting a primary school in Newcastle who require a School Administrator to support with the smooth running of the school.
Role Overview:
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient administrative and clerical support for the school’s daily operations. Your role will involve managing office tasks, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating closely with the school staff, parents, and students. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the front desk by warmly greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information and assistance.
2. Maintain student records, including attendance, assessments and personal information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Assist with the preparation of school documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
