Responsibilities will include; Ensuring all Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues. Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, improving efficiency, and effectiveness. Working closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge. General day to day store and property maintenance. Using mobile devices; phone and tablet, to drive the best approach in work completion and updates. Representing the Tesco brand by demonstrating our core values (serving our customers, communities and planet a little better every day), maintaining a positive attitude & taking pride in wearing the Tesco uniform. LI-AG2 As a vital part of our Maintenance team, you will demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards. With previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment, you will be digitally confident using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails. Operational Skills: ONC or equivalent Full driving license Health & Safety awareness Communication & Collaboration Office 365 knowledge Completed all technical training upskilling modules relevant to abilities. Technical Skills Proven Security-related technical skills - City & Guilds, apprenticeship CCTV (analogue & IP) experience (essential) CCTV qualification/certification (desirable) Ability to install, configure and maintain CCTV equipment to the relevant industry standards Experience working with the following systems: Hikvision, Pelco, Hanwha Techwin Experience of working in a retail environment (desirable) Administrative skills to include IT & Microsoft Office suite Customer/stakeholder escalation management Resource scheduling IOSH qualification (desirable) IPAF (desirable) Asbestos Awareness
