Business Development Manager, Outskirts of Sandbach, Part Time, £37,000–£38,000 pro rata
Are you a commercially minded sales professional with a passion for health and wellbeing? Do you thrive on identifying growth opportunities and turning ideas into results? We’re working with a well-regarded, non-profit organisation in the heart of Cheshire area to recruit a Business Development Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a part time role, working 22 hours per week, ideally over 3 full days. Reporting directly to the Head of Business, this is a key role which is focused on creating and pushing long term revenue growth whist supporting this purpose-led organisation to make a real difference in the community. * Planning and implementing sales initiatives to increase revenue
* Monitoring market trends
* Analyse competitor activity
* Working alongside the marketing team to collaboratively oversee promotions, campaigns, deals and offers
* Conduct regular pricing reviews and revenue forecasting
* Identify and develop new income streams
* Gather customer feedback to review and enhance services
* Manage and develop a small team of three
* Identify training needs and implement development plans
We’re looking for a confident, commercially focused professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales or business development, strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data. Experience of managing and motivating a small team is advantageous alongside a creative mindset and the ability to spot new opportunities to sell.
