Are you a passionate and dedicated Psychology Teacher looking to join a thriving and supportive school in Worcester? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic teacher to take on this KS4 and KS5 Psychology teaching role, starting in September 2025.
* Position: Psychology Teacher
* Location: Worcester
* Start Date: September 2025
* Teaching: Psychology to KS4 and KS5
* Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
* Salary: MPS/UPS (M1 salary to UPS3)

About the Psychology Department:
The Psychology department is a dynamic and collaborative team, passionate about making Psychology an exciting and engaging subject. The department values innovative teaching approaches, and there is an opportunity to develop and enhance the curriculum for future cohorts.
Responsibilities:
* Teach Psychology to KS4 and KS5.
* Develop and deliver engaging, thought-provoking lessons.
* Assess and monitor student progress to ensure high achievement.
* Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Psychology or a related field.
* PGCE or QTS.
* Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5.
* ECTs are welcome to apply.
The salary for this Psychology Teacher position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS (M1 salary to UPS3).
