The Role
We are hiring a Field Marketing Manager (EMEA) to join their expanding marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, you’ll plan and deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns that build brand awareness, generate pipeline, and accelerate growth across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing creativity with commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the EMEA marketing plan to drive awareness and revenue
* Partner with Sales and BDR teams to deliver integrated demand generation campaigns
* Plan and manage regional events, trade shows, webinars, and roadshows
* Launch targeted ABM campaigns and customer advocacy initiatives
* Track and analyse marketing performance to inform future strategy
* Collaborate with global marketing, product, and content teams
* Build strong relationships with regional media, partners, and associations
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience within SaaS or enterprise technology
* Strong background in demand generation, campaigns, and events
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar marketing tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven, results-focused and highly organised
* Interest in AI, robotics, or construction technology is a plus
