About this role
As Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to lead clinical operations and inspire best-practice care. You’ll bring a high level of clinical expertise, drive continuous improvement, and ensure care is personalised, professional, and safe.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting Registered Nurses, Care Staff, and Allied Health professionals
* Coordinating clinical assessments and person-centred care planning
* Overseeing compliance, documentation, and care quality standards
* Building a strong, supportive workplace culture grounded in our mission and values
* Partnering with residents, families, and external providers to promote wellbeing
What you can bring to the team
You’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. You know how to bring people together, resolve challenges with empathy, and hold high standards for care and communication. You’re not just clinically sharp – you’re also compassionate, calm under pressure, and driven to make a difference.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Understands aged care inside and out – including compliance, accreditation, and AN-ACC
* Can juggle shifting priorities with grace and good humour
* Values collaboration and always keeps the resident at the centre
* Is energised by mentoring teams and building a culture of respect and kindness
* Have a strong ability to lead a team
Possess or willingness to obtain;
* A National Police Certificate
* A current Influenza Vaccination
* Undergo a National Personal Insolvency Check
