The Role
\nThe firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner-level Employment Lawyer to play a leading role in its Nottingham office. This is a strategic hire, offering the chance to manage and grow a high-quality employment practice, act for a broad mix of clients, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities
\n\n
\n\t
* Advising employers and senior executives on all aspects of employment law
\n\t
* Handling complex contentious cases, including discrimination, whistleblowing and tribunal claims
\n\t
* Drafting and negotiating service agreements, policies, contracts and settlement agreements
\n\t
* Advising on restructures, TUPE, redundancies and senior exits
\n\t
* Delivering training and seminars to clients on HR and employment issues
\n\t
* Driving business development, strengthening existing relationships and building new ones
\n\t
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development
