We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Commercial team, taking ownership of supplier contracts and commercial relationships across a key portfolio within our mobile infrastructure environment.
Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager include:
* Own end-to-end supplier relationships (from sourcing to exit)
* Lead contract governance and ensure compliance with our frameworks
* Run tenders, negotiations, and contract awards with stakeholders
* Drive cost savings, pricing optimisation, and efficiency improvements
* Draft and manage contracts in partnership with Legal
* Manage change control, risks, and commercial disputes (up to Director level)
* Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive corrective action
* Maintain accurate contract and pricing records
* Support audits and deliver commercial reporting and insight
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including shareholder groups
* Bring external market insight to improve commercial outcomes
The successful Commercial Manager will have:
* Experience managing complex supplier contracts and frameworks
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Good understanding of contract law and commercial risk
* Experience working in telecommunications or similar complex environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
* MCIPS or equivalent commercial qualification
