Description We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified Senior Financial Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role, providing financial insight and support across a diverse range of activities and projects within our UK and EMEA operations, driving cost efficiency and process improvement through proactive analysis and effective business partnering. Working closely with stakeholders across operations, this role will significantly contribute to the development and refinement of costing and financial processes for our custom operations, including apparel cresting, club assembly, and golf ball printing. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver and hands-on—comfortable navigating detail while influencing change and ensuring high standards throughout. While we offer a hybrid working model, we expect the successful candidate to be on-site during the initial phase to become familiar with our operational processes and gain a deep understanding of our business. Key Responsibilities: This will be a varied and hands-on role, shaped by the successful candidate. Key responsibilities will include: Acting as a business partner to the Senior Operations Manager and their direct reports, supporting logo golf balls, club assembly, and cresting of apparel and accessories. Partnering with Product Category Managers to help drive improved, sustainable margin. Creating and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for production areas to enable meaningful performance analysis. Developing and maintaining accurate standard costs, analysing variances and identifying the drivers behind cost, quality, and delivery performance. Leading the calculation of annual custom standard costs. Communicating standard costs to EMEA regions and managing the process for related pricing updates. Establishing a “Best in Class” costing process and becoming the go-to expert on business costings.
