This role combines front desk responsibilities with hands-on patient support to keep daily clinic operations running smoothly. Be part of a growing, reputable healthcare organization Work in a supportive, team-focused environment Opportunities for long-term growth and skill development Days & Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm Essential Functions Greet patients and visitors warmly; manage check-in, scheduling, and phone calls Collect co-pays and accurately enter data into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Support clinicians during treatments — setting up equipment, assisting with exercises, and maintaining a clean, organized space Ensure smooth clinic flow by monitoring schedules and communicating effectively with staff and patients Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and clinic safety standards Requirements High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or customer service role preferred Proficiency in Google Suite required; EMR experience a plus Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Team-oriented, dependable, and professional attitude Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the staff member is frequently required to walk, stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The staff member can regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
