We’re partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical company to hire an Medical Affairs Associate to support the coordination and delivery of investigator‑initiated studies across international markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly collaborative environment, supporting impactful research at a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main operational contact for affiliates, investigators and internal functions.
* Manage the lifecycle of IITs — from contract execution through to close‑out.
* Track study milestones, enrolment updates, timelines, and budgets.
* Ensure inspection readiness through accurate documentation and system updates.
* Support regulatory and site readiness activities, including documentation for ethics and authority submissions.
* Liaise with cross‑functional teams to support drug supply, finance processes, and study escalations when needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health‑related field, or equivalent clinical research experience.
* Strong project management and contract negotiation skills.
* Experience working in clinical research, ideally across multiple countries.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Preferred:
* Medical or clinical operations background.
* Knowledge of GCP, regulatory guidelines, and IIT processes.
* Familiarity with CTMS or similar tracking tools.
