We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Lincolnshire, LN6.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9pm, 40 hours a week.

On site, we cater to around 400 staff daily, serving freshly made, innovative street food. Our services include a full breakfast, hot lunches with deli options, a salad bar, and a range of cakes.
This role involves supporting food preparation and service as part of the evening team. Engaging with customers during service is important, so you must be presentable, personable, and confident when interacting with people.
* Have excellent people skills
* Have general knowledge of food hygiene, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
* Be passionate about food and customer service
* Have superb culinary skills
* Have good organisational and communication skills
* Be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team of 6
* Be eligible to work in the UK
You will have the opportunity to create and develop our dishes and assist the Chefs in creating weekly menus. Knowledge and understanding of stock and food wastage are essential.
