About the Role
This is not your typical Business Analyst position – you’ll be at the very heart of a digital transformation journey. Combining technical expertise with strong business acumen, you’ll help drive meaningful change by aligning systems, processes, and people.
✅ Key Responsibilities
* Analyse, evaluate, and document business processes, systems, and requirements.
* Ensure technical solutions deliver measurable value through defined success metrics and ROI tracking.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Develop and present business cases for new initiatives.
* Partner with IT and Transformation teams to support successful solution delivery.
* Monitor project performance, report on progress, and support technical product configuration.
* Stay current with industry best practice in digital transformation and business analysis.

* A proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems.
* Able to combine technical knowledge with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Confident working in complex environments and adapting to changing priorities.
