Project Coordinator – High-End Residential Construction Location: Based between Richmond office and multiple project sites, primarily across Central London Start: ASAP | Full-time role | Competitive salary based on experience We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to join a growing team delivering high-quality residential construction projects. The role offers a dynamic mix of office-based planning and on-site coordination across various Central London locations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and respond to small works enquiries * Conduct site visits, scope assessments, and cost estimation * Present quotations and variations to clients and their representatives * Oversee procurement of materials, labour, and subcontractors * Track and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion * Liaise with design teams to secure necessary approvals and design information * Update internal planners and coordinate weekly labour schedules * Report progress and updates to senior leadership * Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to programme timelines * Maintain quality control across all aspects of project delivery * Handle RFIs, CVIs, and IRS updates * Coordinate subcontractors, in-house teams, and consultants * Act as the main point of contact for clients, neighbours, and statutory bodies * Support with permits, licenses, and site logistics * Ensure smooth client handovers and compile O&M manuals upon completion Key Skills & Attributes: * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including experience liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders * A proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset * Excellent time management, organisation, and record-keeping * High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality * Professionalism, honesty, and reliability are essential * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure
