About The Role
Through our continued growth and development, we’re looking to add a Retail Operations Assistant to our busy Head Office Retail Operations team who are responsible for both our UK and USA businesses.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Retail Operations team with administrative tasks
* Screen phone calls and route showroom enquiries to the appropriate departments
* Assist in preparing reports for management
* Work alongside HR with retail change forms logging changes
* Help action order reassignments and order transfers
* Track and monitor footfall
* Prepare for weekly Manager meetings

About You
Desired skills and knowledge:
* Previous experience in administration is beneficial
* Retail or customer service experience preferred
* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
* Strong communication skills
* Passionate about performance improvement
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
