Behaviour Mentor (Primary)
Location: Leeds
Salary: £95 - £110 per day (Depending on experience and quaifacations)
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate & September
Sometimes children need someone in their corner.
Not every child finds school easy.
Some need extra guidance. Extra patience. Someone who can help them navigate big feelings and build positive relationships.
We're looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils in a Leeds primary school who need additional help to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building positive relationships with pupils
* Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
* Delivering targeted interventions
* Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families
* Helping children develop confidence and resilience
We'd love to hear from people who:
* Have experience working with children or young people
* Are calm, patient, and resilient
* Understand behaviour as communication
* Want to make a genuine difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
