1. JOB TITLE:Employee Engagement Executive (New Business)

2. SALARY:£30,609

3. LOCATION(S):Watford

4. HOURS:Full-time

5. WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at leastthreedays per week, or60%of our time, at our Watford site. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are competent and fully trained.

As a New Business Engagement Executive focusing on new business enquiries, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and bringing the benefits of our employee car scheme to a wider audience. You'll be a key player in our dynamic Employee Engagement Team, responsible for proactively connecting with potential customers, guiding them through the process, and ultimately driving new business growth. What you’ll need

6. Customer-Focused Approach: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone and via email.

8. Interpersonal: A warm, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.

9. Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure. Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt to changing situations

10. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented with a flexible approach to work. A proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed with experience of working in a phone-based customer service or sales role.

11. Great Teammate: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

12. Product Knowledge: Strong interest in cars and the automotive industry. (Prior knowledge of salary sacrifice car schemes is a plus!)

13. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage a pipeline, and meet deadlines.

14. Inbound Lead Conversion: Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone and email, applying your consultative skills to convert interest into confirmed orders. Provide expert guidance and address customer objections with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring a positive and informative experience.

15. Proactive Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to a targeted customer base, enthusiastically presenting the advantages of our employee car scheme and identifying qualified leads.

16. Quotation & Follow-Up: Prepare tailored vehicle quotations, clearly communicate lead times, and proactively follow up with customers to nurture leads and secure orders.

17. Product Knowledge Expert: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends, enabling you to provide informed recommendations and guidance to customers. Participate in test driving internal demo cars to enhance product knowledge.

18. Event Participation: Represent the company at driver roadshows and launch events, gathering valuable customer feedback and promoting our services.

19. Customer Support: Assist customers with initial platform logins, navigate the ordering process, and provide ongoing support throughout their journey.

20. Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, partners) to ensure a seamless customer experience. Find opportunities to improve the order process and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed. Taking on other business-related activities outside of the above, that maybe required.

21. Exceptional Customer Communication: Provide outstanding customer service through phone and email, building rapport and establishing long-term relationships. Manage live chat inquiries to provide immediate support and guidance to potential customers.
