Join our team at Marks & Spencer as a Customer Assistant - Warehouse Operative (Aldergrove, Belfast Simply Food). You will play a vital role in keeping the store operations running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring products are delivered, organised, and ready for colleagues and customers.

* Sunday — 17:00–21:00

Responsibilities
* Accept deliveries, unpack goods, and prepare crates to ensure the shop floor is fully stocked.
* Use in-store systems and tools to track deliveries, manage stock, and position products correctly.
* Support a seamless shopping experience by keeping products available for customers at all times.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the store to maintain smooth operations and an inclusive environment.
* Be flexible and ready to perform a variety of operational tasks as needs change.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean, tidy, and stocked with product.
* Monitor daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver remarkable service.
* Build product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services.
* Receive training to utilise digital tools and communication channels for the customer.
